The Beach House comes with its resident chef, Spiros Mouzakitis, in July and August. If you are booking the villa outside these months Spiros can be booked at additional cost. Spiros brings an assistant with him to serve drinks, meals and to clear.
Either when you arrive or a few weeks beforehand you can agree with Spiros which meals you would like him to provide. He always does breakfast and one other meal 6 days a week. Here is his menu.
